Last Wednesday in St. Paul, Minnesota at Bethel University: A portion of remarks made by Lord Christopher Monckton regarding the United Nations climate change treaty. Click on the Youtube video below. You got to hear what he has to say about the Climate Treaty scheduled to be passed in December. This is what you will hear.
(Note: Monckton was an advisor to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, has repeatedly challenged Al Gore to debate the hypothesis of anthropogenic global warming (Gore runs in fear), and got a British court to acknowledge 9 of the many errors in Gore’s propaganda piece, “An Inconvenient Truth.”)
MONCKTON: I have read that treaty. And what it says is this: That a world government is going to be created. The word "government" actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to Third World countries, in satisfaction of what is called, coyly, "a climate debt," because we have been burning CO2 and they haven't and we've been screwing up the climate. We haven't been screwing up the climate, but that's the line. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government is "enforcement."

Notice again his three main points. First, a one world government is going to be created. Second, there is going to be a huge transfer of wealth from rich nations to third world nations. And third, this government, whatever the world government will become, will be the “enforcement.”
How will this be pulled off? Through climate control or better yet, through the Environmental Movement getting its way. It is all political folks. It is all designed with an agenda in mind. There is no global warming. There is no crisis. All that you have heard is merely a means to create a crisis in order to achieve the three objectives mentioned above.
Let me break this down for you with the passages to prove it..
First, with reference to THE GLOBAL LEADER.
In Revelation 13, which is a clear description of what will occur in the future in the Tribulation Period, most likely in the second half or the last forty-two months, we read these words:
One man will rise up and be the global leader – Rev. 13:1-3: And the dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. 2The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority.
Note: “The shore of the sea” (v. 1) is a symbolic reference to humanity. Notice where this global leader gets his power to rule – from the devil himself.
Second, with reference to a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT.
Rev. 13:3 - 3One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was astonished and followed the beast. 4Men worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked, "Who is like the beast? Who can make war against him?"
Note: There will be global worship of the beast or antichrist.
13:7 - 7He was given power to make war against the saints and to conquer them. And he was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. 8All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast. . .
Note: The government of the beast has power and control over EVERY tribe, people, language and nation. How would it be possible for him to pull this off? Could it be through “climate control?” The UN Climate Change Treaty is a treaty that most world governments are expected to sign in Copenhagen in December 2009–including the United States. If it passes, we are that much closer to the events of the Tribulation Period in the Book of Revelation.
Third is the transfer of wealth to other nations.
Rev. 13:16-17: 16He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, 17so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name.
Note: No selling or buying is done without the mark of the beast. What happened to the monetary system? It is gone. It has been stripped away. The whole world will be under a socialistic numbering system.
And finally, this global government will act as the “enforcement.” Noticed in verse 16 the words “forced everyone.” Need I say more?
We’re getting closer and closer to the Rapture of the Church. How do I know this? Because we are getting closer and closer to the events which will occur in the Tribulation Period, especially the last three and one-half years. And since the Rapture of the church occurs before these events, it can only mean that Jesus is about ready to make the call.
